I believe Klever Cups and Cafe Cups are the same company. I was going to order the Cafe Cups after seeing it advertised on TV. I came to one conclusion. In my opinion it is a rip-off. You are forced to listen to a recording to place an order. No questions. They they spend fifteen minutes trying to get you to order magazines or accept a´╗┐ “Free Vacation.” When you call customer service number to verify your order, they tell you that you called at a very busy time, Call back later on in the week.

They doubled the order and I ended up with 8. No I didn’t send them back. it is a bother to me to clean them. the “K cups” are not all that bad. The Tree Huggers of the world probably endorse this product, and I don’t. Also you have to had just the right grind for them to work properly. The site didn’t even give me a chance to see what´╗┐ I was paying for, and I I had seen I was going to get so many items I’d have canceled the order. I did learn my lesson. that’s all. Thanks for your reply

Chrisnzella – did u get the´╗┐ cafe cups??? what did you pay the extra for? did you send back?

  4. Phaedra Howell December 16, 2012 at 1:11 pm #

Well the website adds an extra $15 if you don’t use the upgrade offers and doesn’t let give you a second chance to look at the order before submitting. Still have no idea what the extra $15 is for …. will update if I ever actually receive´╗┐ the cups.

I bought these. Shipping time was reasonable. I use a dark roast coffee so I have never had a weak cup. The mesh is kinda fragile so using them with care to ensure a long life. I wouldn’t recommend them for someone with arthritis or hand troubles/shakiness. Happy with the price especially since I can use the coffee that I like. When you get to the last sip there´╗┐ is a tiny bit of residue in the bottom of the cup but not grinds. I most likely could avoid that with a more coarsely ground coffee.

They do not violate trademark by using the name, and they don’t require changing out the whole chamber since this can use the same chamber the k-cup does.

The real problem is that they hold less coffee then the k-cup. I know because I opened a k-cup and dumped the coffee in one and it´╗┐ would not close, and that’s after losing a bit in the transfer process. So the coffee tastes weak and just a bit stronger then colored water.

I own the reusable Keurig, it actually requires changing out the entire internal chamber to use the filter, where as this uses the same chamber as the disposable cups. Since they don’t use the´╗┐ trade mark, it doesn’t violate trade marks or patents.

And what happened to those who played with Mercury and Lead and Arsenic
and Aluminum and you justify consuming cancer causing plastic?

There is a reason for that, It’s part of´╗┐ ILLUMINATI DEPopulation control. One day you’ll wonder how you got cancer or Alzheimer’s etc. You tell that to the people who are also ignorant as you.

Plastic Bottles are notorious, specifically gives off Harmful Toxins.
Plastic is one of the LARGEST Vehicles transmitting Cancers. Their GOAL is death or HOSPITAL

  13. nintendoatarikiller December 16, 2012 at 8:02 pm #

It doesn’t affect´╗┐ the taste and I don’t give a shit. People used to play with mercury. Plastic is nothing.

Or you can just buy the coffie powder and add hot water and boom done, saves the money of a coffie machine´╗┐ and clever cups!

10 bucks for two´╗┐ of these? When I got on the website for something called Cafe cup they bait and switch you to buy a more “deluxe” model and double it. I ended up paying $75 bucks: I may send the package back. If you have them ship it regularly it takes 2 to 3 weeks. for free. Pay the postage and you get it in 5 to 7 days. :( Dumb. Yes, I did upgrade to see how much it would be and the site didn’t even give me a chance to review my order before sending. Yes, I’ve learned a lesson.
