You are actually good at that “hand-milling” I am a coffee grower and I am not that good. the parchment on your coffee looks a bit thinner than my coffee though. I am a US born guy growing coffee in St Vincent and the Grenadines. I may have to get better at that method, coffee hullers are VERY expensive. I have over 250 trees. That is too much to do my hand, unless I want finger cramps.
